Q

PACER Access

I need to get a copy of a federal district court filing. How can I get copies of court documents? Does the library have a PACER account?

Answer

If you need access to PACER for U.S. federal court documents, please come to the reference desk on the fourth floor of Langdell.  The librarian can log you in to the PACER system.

Court documents may also be available from Bloomberg. On campus visitors can use the Bloomberg terminal in our reference room. Harvard Law School affiliates can also sign up for a Bloomberg Law account. Information on Bloomberg Accounts.
