I am being told to use my HLS Me account. What's that?

Your HLS Me accout is also known as your LDAP account. Usually your HLS Me username and password are the same as your email username and password, but if you haven't yet claimed your HLS Me account, they may not be. More information about claiming the account or resetting your password if necessary is available online at:
