If you don't already know the bill number for your statute, your best bet is to start with Nevada's summaries of enacted legislation, available from 1975-. http://www.leg.state.nv.us/Division/Research/Publications/SoL/index.cfm Use this to identify your bill number. Once you have a bill number, you can go here, http://www.leg.state.nv.us/Division/Research/Library/index.cfm to see if there is a compiled legislative history on that bill. (There are compiled legislative histories for acts back to 1865.)  If no compiled legislative history is available, there is more information on the page as to how to proceed.
