The 19th edition of the Bluebook still requires a citation to a print source for ECtHR decisions if one is available - you can't just cite the electronic version in HUDOC and be done with it.

I've explained how this work in my Council of Europe libguide, with an example and links to the Hollis records for the print reporters. See http://guides.library.harvard.edu/aecontent.php?pid=460564&sid=5548944.

Hopefully the 20th edition will not have this requirement anymore.
