There is an issue with our video service (Kaltura) that is affecting some users who are on Macs and using Safari.  It has to do with the computer system not allowing third party (in this case, Kaltura) cookies. To remedy this issue, have the students visit Kaltura.com (all they have to do is visit it once – they don’t have to log in), which installs the cookie on their computer and the students can now access the videos when they go back into Canvas. TLC is in contact with Kaltura to find a permanent solution to this problem.
