There is an issue with our video service (Kaltura) that is affecting some users who are on Macs and using Safari. It has to do with the computer system not allowing third party (in this case, Kaltura) cookies. To remedy this issue, visit Kaltura.com (all you have to do is visit it once – you don’t have to log in), which installs the cookie on your computer and you can now access the videos when you go back into Canvas. LTC is in contact with Kaltura to find a permanent solution to this problem.
