Q. Why are some students unable to access my Course Materials page, or other custom left navigation tabs?

More than likely these students are accessing Canvas using the URL harvard.instructure.com instead of canvas.harard.edu. Because the Redirect Tool has the latter URL hard-coded in, students accessing the page with the former URL will not get to the content.
