No.
There is no print or export function in Canvas discussions. If the discussion is graded, you can view all discussion posts from a student in the Speedgrader tool. If the discussion is not graded, you can only view it from the Discussion tab. This seems to be intended by Canvas to preserve FERPA compliance. In a discussion on a request for printed discussion posts, Canvas staff replied: “[Viewing the discussion from Speedgrader] allows you to remain in compliance with FERPA, for the information is maintained in the protected classroom space – whereas an emailed file or printed document with student names on it is no longer protected.” Note: You can try printing the page with your browser’s “Print” function, or you can print the individual posts from the email notification.

- Yes, it is! Right click your mouse and it displays all the discussions. You cannot print them individually, but you can print them all out, two-sided if you are environmentally friendly:).by Kim on Apr 24, 2017.
