Q. I -Sites Secure Connection Failure on Firefox

Hi,

When I tried to login to i-sited this morning I kept on receiving en error
message. The log in screen does not appear on my computer and the error
message says that secure connection failed. This only happens on firefox. I
can access it on the phone. Is there any way that I can rectify this?

Hi Danushka,

Unforturnatley, this is a known issue that HUIT is working to resolve. Firefox 37 (the latest) is currently experiencing issues with iSites and wiki. Chrome or Safari should work fine.
