You can access PACER for U.S. federal court documents via Bloomberg and directly through the PACER system.
Bloomberg Access
HLS affiliates may access PACER in Bloomberg Law. Bloomberg access includes both dockets and electronically available filings.
- In Bloomberg Law, use this docket template to search by jurisdiction, date, party name, etc:
http://www.bloomberglaw.com/dockets
- Request your Bloomberg Law account here (with your HLS email):
https://profile.bna.com/bloomberglaw-activate/
- Bloomberg Tip: When viewing a docket, always update the docket first to make sure you are getting the most up to date version
PACER Access
To get access to the PACER system directly, visit the HLS library Reference Desk – fourth floor. The librarian will log you in on one of the Library computers.
