If you have lost or forgotten your login credentials, both Lexis and Westlaw have tools you can use to retrieve and reset them.
In Lexis Advance, click the "Forgot your ID?" link and enter your email address to retrieve your username. Once you have your ID, you can use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password. Lexis will ask the security question you set up when you registered. If you cannot answer it or need additional help, please contact Lexis directly at 800-543-6862.
In Westlaw, click the "Forgot your Username or Password?" link. You will have the option of retrieving either or both items. Westlaw will also require you to answer one of your security questions. If you cannot answer it or need additional help, please contact Westlaw directly at 800-937-8529 and select the option "Are you calling about your OnePass" to be directed to the OnePass team.
Note that due to greater security measures by Lexis and Westlaw, Library staff are no longer able to look up usernames or passwords for you.
