One good option to try is the subscription database called Worldtradelaw.net.  There is a link to this database in this Hollis record: http://id.lib.harvard.edu/aleph/008791332/catalog (on-campus access is automatic; log into Hollis first if you are off-campus to access it).

Under the WTO Cases & Legal Texts menu, you will see links to "AB Reports" and "WTO Panel Reports."

On these pages are lists of these reports, organized chronologically, that include the following for each report:

  • Links to the PDF and Word versions
  • The full title
  • Information about the countries involved in the dispute
  • DS number(s)
  • Report circulation and adoption dates (these are not necessarily the same)
  • A link to Worldtradelaw.net's proprietary Dispute Settlement Commentary (DSC) for the dispute
